Jean-Simon Danis is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in architectural lighting and integrated building technologies. He began his career with a local general contractor before joining Lumilux in 2005. Ambitious and hands-on, Jean-Simon quickly rose through every level of the company. In 2015, he led its acquisition and rebranding into BDA Lighting Group, redefining the role of the manufacturer’s agent and setting a new benchmark for service, accountability, and execution.

As Principal of BDA Group, Jean-Simon has built a culture of excellence rooted in trust, discipline, and team empowerment.
